She is a qualified coach, Emotional Intelligence Assessor (EQ-i 2.0 / EQ 360 Certification), a Licensed Practitioner of Nero-Linguistic Programming and a member of the International Coaching Federation.

This specialised training maximises an individual’s unique asset, the voice, helping them to effectively engage, motivate and/or lead others.

Valerie has in-depth experience in the area of HR having held numerous positions over the span of her career. Valerie strongly values education and life-long learning and is a full member of the CIPD, a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is a qualified financial advisor (QFA).

Valerie is also a volunteer with the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission on their “Money Skills for Life” programme.
