Redwood & Co. was founded by its Managing Director, Carol O’Reilly, in 2013. With 20+ years of experience across the United States and Europe, Carol leads consultant teams in their work with clients across private, public, and non-profit sectors. Carol is a highly skilled, energetic communications and marketing professional who specializes in assisting organizations and the individuals within them to reach their highest potential. Carol is a Licensed Practitioner for Insights Discovery and a Qualified Practitioner for Six Seconds, a global organisation specialising in the assessment of emotional intelligence (EQ). Carol’s own range of consulting areas includes: business development, leadership and management development, change management, organizational design and culture change, strategic management, and staff training and development.

Lisa Grace
Senior Business Engagement Manager

Lisa Grace BA Hons (Advertising and Editorial Photography), HDipLIS (Library and Information Studies), CIPD (Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Development). Lisa brings over 10 years’ professional experience as a senior client engagement manager, information consultant and photographer. A proactive, solution-focused leader and team player with a proven record of achieving client satisfaction by shaping and managing the engagement lifecycle from its early stages of information gathering through to implementation of solutions. Lisa is a productivity enthusiast, always exploring and putting into practise new processes and new ways to get things done!
